Meditation
Nothing refreshes the mind, body and soul like stillness. I enjoy experimenting & offering various forms of meditation. In the majority of my classes, I offer many forms of meditation.
Pranayama
Breath is life, we need air to breathe & so is the case during practice. Have you ever taken a moment to just watch your breath? Try it now if you like, take an inhale and watch the breath go to the top and then watch the exhale go all the way back down. Breathing is a form of meditation, it is also a way to spread energy into your entire body and mind.

Yoga
Mindful somatic movement is important to anyone on a healing journey. I offer experiential forms of yoga because I think it’s imperative to feel into your body, there’s no better way to know how you’re feeling than in listening to the physical body.
